RETURN POLICY
We guarantee all our customers a smooth and secure purchasing process on our website. The right to return can be exercised within 14 business days from the delivery of the package. Products must be intact, unused and undamaged. The packaging must be carefully prepared to protect the original wrapping from damage, markings or labels.
If the returned items show damage or signs of wear due to unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality, we may withhold an amount from the refund corresponding to their depreciation in value.
Shipping costs for returns are at customer charge, including any customs duties or taxes.
To make a return, simply visit this page: https://returns.itsrever.com/fabianoricci, enter your order number and the email used at checkout and follow the instructions provided on the platform.
The return process can be done in two ways:
- Return for refund: The product is sent back to our warehouse and we issue a refund using the same payment method as the original order or in the form of a coupon code for a future purchase. The return shipping costs are covered by the customer and will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount.
- Product exchange: The customer can choose a replacement product directly on the platform. The return shipping costs are covered by the customer, while we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
If the return is due to a purchasing error or a voluntary product exchange, the shipping costs to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.
However, if the return is due to a defective product, Ricci Srl will cover the return shipping costs.
Note: During the return process, the platform will initially display return shipping costs. However, once the defect is confirmed by our warehouse, the full refund will be done. If the defect is not verified, we reserve the right to withhold the return shipping costs.
The verification process may take up to 5 business days.
